Lafayette Dollar - Extremely Fine+ Cleaned at one time. The heads of Washington and Lafayette are on the obverse of this commemorative silver dollar. The reverse has General Lafayette on horseback. This is the first dollar size commemorative and the first US coin to bear a presidents portrait. Very Low mintage of only 36,026
